Food Recipes: Perkedel Tuna



Ingredients:
- 250 gr of tuna meat
- Cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- Red pepper
- 50 ounces of bread flour
- 2 sliced celery
- Fried onion
- Garlic fries
- Pepper
- Pala

How To Cook:
- Blend the spices fried onion, fried garlic, pepper and nutmeg
- Mix the tuna steaks with the seasoning, stir until well blended. Divide into 10 parts.
- Shape the dough into a flat round
- Dip the dough whisk the egg whites.
- Fry until cooked
- Serve with sauce and chili
